Booking Information
All rentals require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
The Balance of the rental payment can be made anytime up to 1 week before your arrival date.
A $300 damage deposit is required and is held until confirmation that the cottage was left clean and no damage was incurred.

If for any reason you need to cancel with less than 14 days notice no refund of the initial 50% will be given.

Weekly Rate (Sun to Sat) for June, July and August is $1,800.
The cottage is four-season, with the exception of the three-season sunroom. Please contact for rates if you are looking to book in April-May, or Sept-Nov.
Check-in is Sunday after 4pm

Check-out is Saturday before 12pm

This allows for additional cleaning time during COVID between renters. If there are no renters the week before/after your stay we can discuss adding an additional day for the daily rate.
​
Strict no pets, no smoking, maximum 7 guest policy. Minimum one-week rentals please.
